Payment and Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
- Lifetime Pro: A one-time payment granting permanent access to all Pro features.
- Monthly Pro: A recurring subscription billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for both Lifetime and Monthly plans. To request a refund, email us at support@chartthemagic.com.
User Data and Local Storage
Our planning tools store your trip data (dates, resort preferences, party information, park plans, budgets) in your browser's localStorage. This data exists only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for backing up any important planning data, as clearing your browser data will delete it.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser updates, clearing browser data, device changes, or any other technical issues affecting localStorage.
Accuracy of Information
